Can we take Photos on the weekend?

We discourage taking photos throughout the weekend, except for the one group photo. The weekend really is holy ground where the guests and team ought to feel safe to allow the Lord to move them openly without fear of it being publicized. 

We recommend having the Lay Director speak to their team during the team formation meetings, directing them to not take photos. Also when the Lay Director's opening directions are read it is a good time to say, "no photos during the weekend."
